Body

WHEREAS, the following appointments and/or reappointments have been recommended by Mayor Harold Perrin; and

WHEREAS, the Nominating and Rules Committee has reviewed and approve the following appointments and reappointments.

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS that the following commission and board appointments and/or reappointments be confirmed: 

CRAIGHEAD COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AUTHORITY

•                     Ken Yarbrough to replace Henry Jones with an expiration date of July 31, 2010.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION

•                     Rennell Woods to replace Cecil Province as a representative of the Jonesboro City Council.
