Barrett & Deacon contract for legal counsel for the landfill closing

Barrett & Deacon was awarded the contract to provide legal counsel for the Class 4 landfill closing at 1624 Strawfloor Drive and was signed January 18, 2007. The contract amount is for $175 per hour for primary attorney, if other attorneys are used they charge from $100 to $200 per hour and legal assistant services are $75 per hour. The resolution number is 2007:11 and was approved by the City Council on January 16, 2007.
