AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE IN ZONING BOUNDARIES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: That Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential R-1 to Residential R-3, Limited Use Overlay (LUO) the following described property:
R-3 L.U.O.
PROHIBITED USES:
All uses other than and with exception to Single Family Detached Residential.
PHASE I - LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Caldwell Acres Fifth Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: A Part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 13 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of lot 50 in Block B of Caldwell Acres (revised) Third Addition to the city of Jonesboro Arkansas; thence North 0°21’23” West 476.75 feet; thence South 89°53’30” East 3.53 feet; thence North 0°06’30” East 173.16 feet; thence South 89°44’35” East 300.00 feet; thence South 0°06’30” East 172.38 feet; thence North 89°53’30” West 33.54 feet; thence South 0°21’23” East 475.23 feet; thence South 89°53’45” West 270.00 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 4.62 acres more or less and being subject to all public and private roads and easements.
