RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE AUTO TAG RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jonesboro has levied a municipal motor vehicle tax for the year 1974, and

WHEREAS, said resolution did not make a provision for transfer of said vehicle tag.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, that where a party has purchased a windshield sticker for a vehicle and said vehicle is subsequently sold and another vehicle purchased, said party may purchase another windshield sticker for $1.00.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4^th day of February, 1974.
