1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll call by Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from February 5, 2001 as delivered.
4. City Attorney:
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-3) to Commercial (C-3, located at 5203 East Nettleton. (Darrell Canfield)
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-4) to Commercial (C-3), located east of Old Greensboro Road on the south side of U.S. 49 N., next to Mid-South Bank. (Real Estate Solutions)
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2),
located at 1717 Metzler Lane. (St. Bernard's Village)
5. Review a conditional use request by Mr. Terry L. Henson, for placement of a mobile home to
be located at 3009 Bunting Drive.
6. Set an appeal hearing regarding the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission's
recommendation to deny a zoning change from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located
at the northwest corner of Highland Drive and Wofford Street. (Elaine Hallum and Joe

7. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide a free water meter for the sprinkler system located in the South-side Softball Complex.
