C. 1^st Reading - Ordinance designating 30 minute parking in front of Jonesboro City Hall, located at  515 W. Washington,

D. 1^st Reading - Ordinance prohibiting parking on the north side of Rosemond Avenue between Frierson Drive and Greenwood Drive, from 7:30 A. M. to 4:30 P. M.
