RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COOPERATION TECHNICAL PARTNER AGREEMENT WITH FEMA FOR THE REVISION OF FIRM MAPS WITHIN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, FEMA shall award the City of Jonesboro a grant of $200,000.00 to apply to said revision.

WHEREAS, the cost for said revision will be approximately $126,000.00 and the remaining $74,000.00 can be used to complete a City wide drainage study.

WHEREAS, the Infrastructure Committee recommends the CTP be approved and said grant be applied to firm maps and drainage study.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to approve the cooperating technical partners agreement and proceed with revision of firm maps.
