RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PARKING FUNDS AS PAYMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOTS 3 AND 4 OF THE FLOSSIE RITTER’S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, a copy of the Certificate of Indebtedness and Mortgage of Real Estate covering purchase of Lots 3 and 4 of Flossie Ritter’s Addition was filed and read to the City Council, and

WHEREAS, Resolution of September 15, 1957 authorized purchase of said property and borrowing funds and pledging Parking Funds for said purchase;

NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, that the method of financing set out in above mentioned instruments be, and is hereby approved and confirmed.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 7^th day of October, 1957.
