BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14, known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential R-2 to Commercial C-5, the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots 1 and 2 of Earl Fair’s Subdivision of the North Part of Lot 4 of Cobb and Lee’s Survey of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence run S 00°09’59” E, a distance of 120.00 feet to a point; then S 89°27’21” W, a distance of 135.46 feet to a point; then N 00°55’12” W. a distance of 120.00 feet to a point; then N 89°27’21” E, a distance of 137.04 feet to the POINT OF beginning, contacting 0.38 acres.
