3. Approval of minutes from July 2, 2001 as delivered.
 
4. City Attorney:
 
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-2), located on the west side of Airport Road, north of the Cotton Belt Railroad, and south of Moose Lodge. (J. Gardner Lile)
 
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon a ten (10) foot utility easement located in a westerly direction from Brazos Street across Lot 1 through Lot 9 of Merryman's replat of Merryman's Subdivision.  (James Willett)
 
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1), located on the south side of C.W. Post Road, approximately ΒΌ mile east of Commerce Drive. (Crowley's Ridge Development Council)
 
5. Resolution authorizing the conveyance of property for construction of a U.S. 63 Frontage Road to Joe Mac Campbell Park.
