RESOLUTION  FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO TO LEASE THE OLD PORTION OF HUNTINGTON BUILDING METHODIST CHURCH TO CWODNA

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro has been approached by CWODNA to lease the Old Portion of Huntington Building Methodist currently occupied by CWODNA for a term of one year.

WHEREAS, an Agreement has been reached between the parties as to the terms and conditions.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

1.  That the City of Jonesboro is  hereby authorized to lease the Old Portion of Huntington Methodist Church on corner of Huntington and Vine Street for a term not to exceed one year to CWODNA.

2.  That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A on behalf of the City of Jonesboro.

3.   This resolution shall take effect after its passage and approval.
