BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Jonesboro that Jettie Burke, Mrs. E. L. Westbrooke and Sam Bartley, all of whom are residents and owners of real property within the district of the City Water and Light Plant of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be and they are named as Judges for the February 17^th, 1955 election in said improvement district, and that Edgar Booker and Minor Markle, both of whom are residents and owners of real estate within said district, b and they are names as clerks for said election.
