Jonesboro City Stars Booster Club entered into a contract to offer athletic programs to the City's youth. The contract amount states that funds raised by Jonesboro Parks and Recreation Department for the purposes of City Stars may be appropriated to Jonesboro City Stars Booster Club for City Stars operations. The length of the contract is for 5 years from January 1, 2004 to January 1, 2008. The resolution number is 2004:15 and was approved by the City Council on February 17, 2004.
