RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION ACTION ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, it has been found to be unlawful for any person or persons to keep or maintain any house, building and/or structure within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas which constitutes a nuisance and which is found and declared to be a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, the following properties have been found and declared to be a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the following properties are hereby condemned:
(1) A house located at 104 E. Gordon Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Mary Hutson;
(2) A house located at 302 N. Culberhouse Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Pearl Oswald;
(3) A house located at 718 Gee Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is unknown;
(4) A house located at 1208 Burke Avenue in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Charles Knuckles;
(5) A house located at 811 Hope Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is unknown;
(6) A house located at 717 Hope Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas -owner is unknown;
(7) A house located at 902 E. Washington Avenue in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is unknown;
(8) A house located at 5213 E. Nettleton Avenue in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Dr. William Eddington.
