AN ORDINANCE TO BUY OFF THE WHOLE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, AS NOW ESTABLISHED BY LAW, INTO AN IMPROVMENT DISTRICT TO BE DESIGNATED AS SEWER DISTRICT NO. 3, AND FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING AND CONSTRUCTING A SYSTEM OF SEWERS IN SAID CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
That the entire City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby laid off into an Improvement District.
That said Improvement District be and the same is hereby designated as Sewer District No. 3.
That said Improvement District be and the same is hereby created and laid off for the purpose of establishing and constructing a system of sewers complete, in said City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, said improvement to be general and local.
That the boundaries of said improvement district be and they are hereby made the same as the boundaries of said City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, as now established by law.
That this ordinance take effect and be in force from and after its passage and adoption.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of march, 1906.
