BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas setting in regular assembled session, this 19^th day of April, 1954, that the bid of Reid Brothers Construction Company in the amount of $22,500.00 be and is hereby accepted by the City Council and that the Mayor and City clerk of the City of Jonesboro is hereby authorized and instructed to enter into a contract with Reid Brothers Construction Company for construction of the Colored Community Swimming Pool upon their low bid.
