SPECIAL CALLED MAPC MEETING MINUTES
DECEMBER 15, 1981
Members of the MAPC held a Special called meeting at the Building Inspectors Office to discuss this item. (Item #2, December 10, 1981 Agenda).
Mr. Scott moved to expunge the record that dealt with Item #2 of the December 1981 MAPC meeting. Mr. Scott expressed the need for neighborhood shopping centers. Mr. Scott then made the motion to rezone the Max Dacus Property from Residential Three (R-3) to Commercial Three (C-3) on the corner of Hickory and Church based on the property right-of-way being dedicated. Mr. Gott seconded the motion. Voting Aye: Mr. Farmer, Mr. White, Mr. Blalock, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Gott. Pass: Mr. Ball. MOTION APPROVED.
