WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro adopted its Employee Handbook in 1995, and;

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro needs to amend the Employee Handbook

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1:  Add HIPAA policy to Section V Miscellaneous Section per attachment.
