RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS FOR MATA RIGHTS OF WAY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute all documentation necessary to effectuate the following MATA Right of Way and Contract:

•                     Louie, Billie, and Randal Ulmer, 221 West Nettleton, Parcel Number 11.

Section 2. The originals of the above mentioned contract, right of way, and appraisal are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.
