BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 954 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential R-1 to Industrial I-1 the following described property:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 23; thence West 198 feet; thence North65.0 feet of the South right-of-way line of said road 223.0 feet to the point of beginning proper; thence North 77º40' West along the South right-of-way line of said Road 220 feet to a stake; thence South 12º20' West 304.5 feet; thence South 81º09' East 258.0 feet; thence North 12º20' East 84.5 feet; thence North 1º53' East 207 feet to the point of beginning proper, containing 1.67 acres, more or less.
