Tract 2: All that part of the west one-half of the SW ¼ of Section 26, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, that lies north and east of the railroad, containing 36 acres, more or less.

City of Jonesboro purchased the two tracts from Veon Kiech (trustee for Toni Kathleen Heringer, John Cone Heringer Jr., David Carter Kiech, Earl Lockett Kiech, Michael Maurice Kiech, Cheryl Jo Jennings, Leslie Desmond Jennings, Richard Earle Jung, James Stanley Jung, Keich Veon Jung and Sara Etta Jung) and Toni Kathleen Heringer. Warranty deed dated May 8, 1967.
City of Jonesboro conveyed Tract 2 to W.A. Krueger Company after they were leasing the property and exercised their option to purchase. No warranty deed on file.
 
Does the city still own the property? No. Tract 1 is currently in the name of Best Diversified.
