BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1:                     TITLE 14, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS BE AMENDED AS RECOMMENDED BY THE METROPOLITAN AREA PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE CHANGES IN ZONING CLASSIFICATION AS FOLLOWS:

FROM COMMERCIAL C-3 TO RESIDENTIAL RS-1 L.U.O., THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Lot 1 of the Floyd Walker Minor Plat of part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 13 north, Range 5 East, Craighead County, AR.

SECTION 2:                     The limitation placed on this property by virtue of the Limited Use Overlay (LUO) is that only one residential structure may be placed upon the parcel. The remainder of the regulations set forth by Title 14 remain in effect.
