RESOLUTION TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION ACTION ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, it has been found to be unlawful for a person or persons to keep or maintain any house, building and/or structure within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas which constitutes a nuisance and which is found and declared to be a nuisance; and
WHEREAS, the following properties have been found and declared to be a nuisance within the corporate limits of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the following properties are hereby condemned:
(1) A house located at 317 N. 2nd Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Pauline Cain;
(2) A house located at 312 N. 2nd Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Sam Haynes;
(3) A house located at 329 N. Fourth Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Tim Redden;
(4) A house located at 1005 Citizens Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Thrasher and Haag;
(5) A house located at 221 N. Drake Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Mrs. James Dunlap;
(6) A house located at 221 ½ N. Drake Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Mrs. James Dunlap;
(7) A house located at 502 N. Fourth Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Glen Graham;
(8) A house located at 409 N. Second Street in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Curtis Howard;
(9) A house located at 1215 Burke Avenue in Jonesboro, Arkansas - owner is Mrs. Byrd, guardian is Guy Hulett;
