RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE AND ISSUE CAPITAL NOTES FOR PROPERTY OWNED BY JAMES AND EVELYN BAKER

Be it resolved that under provisions of 1123 of the Code of Ordinances, the City of Jonesboro, purchase and issue capital notes for the following described property lying in Craighead County, Arkansas, owned by James L. Baker and Evelyn Baker, his wife. Upon purchase being completed, the Mayor and the City Clerk shall file certificates accurately describing the tracts and acknowledging the real estate lien or mortgage securing the notes described in Ordinance 1123:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 2 in Block C of Earl Kiech 4th Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, being also the Northeast Corner of Lot 3 of the aforesaid subdivision and Block, thence Southwestwardly across Lot 3 aforesaid 55 feet plus or minus to the North line of Lot 4 of aforesaid Subdivision and Block, said point being 15 feet West of the East line of the aforesaid Subdivision; thence East along the North line of said Lot 4 and the South line of said Lot 3 a distance of 15 feet to the East property line of the aforesaid Subdivision and Block; thence North 50 feet along aforesaid Subdivision East line to the point of beginning, being a trapezoidal tract off the East end of Lot 3 in Block C of Earl Kiech 4th Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 3 in Block C of Earl Kiech 4th Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, being also the Northeast Corner of Lot 4 of the aforesaid Subdivision and Block, and running thence West along the line between the aforesaid Lots 3 and 4 a distance of 15 feet, thence Southwestwardly across Lot 4 a distance of 55 feet plus or minus to the North line of Lot 5 of aforesaid Subdivision and Block, said point being 25 feet West of the East line of the aforesaid Subdivision; thence East along the North line of said Lot 5 and the South line of said Lot 4 a distance of 25 feet to the East proper...
