AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE PARKING SPACES ON THE WEST SIDE OF CARSON STREET FROM CREATH TO MONROE;  TO BE POSTED AND MONITORED BY THE CITY COLLECTORS OFFICE.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: The City shall post and the City Collector’s office shall monitor accordingly, fifteen (15) minute parking, for those spaces located the west side of Carson Street, from Creath to Monroe Avenue.

SECTION 2: The City Council further finds and declares that an emergency exists and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of public peace, health and safety it shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
