AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND TITLE 14 KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CHANGES IN ZONING BOUNDARIES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the zoning ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3) and from Commercial (C-3) to Residential (R-1) the following described property:

Part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the southwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 10, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, Craighead County, Arkansas; Thence north along the west line of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 10 aforesaid 45.50 feet; Thence North 50°05’59” East 39.08 feet; Thence North 88°56’00” East 133.99 feet to the Point of Beginning proper; Thence North 240.12 feet; Thence North 78°27’44” East 460.03 feet to the west right of way line of Paragould Drive; Thence south, along said west right of way line 323.74 feet; Thence South 88°56’00” west 450.81 feet to the Point of Beginning Proper containing 2.92 acres.
