BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: That Title 14 of the Jonesboro Municipal Code known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas be amended by the change in zone district boundaries as follows:

From C-3, to R-6, with an overlay limiting this land to a total of 16 apartments as shown on the attached plot plan. The land is described as follows:

Lot 1 of Rees’ Replat of Mid-South Bank’s Highland Drive Addition, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
