A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT A PERMANENT CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM JONESBORO PUBLIC SCHOOLS  FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SIDEWALK

Body

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the easement described below for construction and maintenance of a sidewalk.

The North 60' of "Tract B" as shown on a survey recorded in Book B, Page 48, recorded on November 8, 1972, in the Craighead County, Arkansas Circuit Clerk's records, said tract being located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 14 North, Range 4 East, and being subject to all rights of way and easements of record.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1.  The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the easement described above.
