A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS TO AMEND RESOLUTION NUMBER 2004:113 SETTING FEES FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro maintains park and recreation facilities for use by the public;

WHEREAS, the Public Services Committee is charged with recommending to the City Council the amount to be charged for the use of all park and recreation facilities;

WHEREAS, the fees for the Allen Park Tennis Courts were not properly established in the last resolution;

WHEREAS, the Public Services Committee has established administrative policies to govern the rental of said facilities;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1: That the City of Jonesboro shall establish fees for the use of its park and recreation facilities based upon Schedule A attached to this resolution.
