AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 954, THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO REZONE FROM (R-2) TO (C-3), CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ROGERS STREET AND JOHNSON AVENUE.

WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission has heard all persons desiring to be heard regarding the proposed rezoning of certain property generally located at the northeast corner of Rogers Street and Johnson Avenue, and has recommended to the City Council rezoning as described below;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

That Ordinance No. 954, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended by the change in zoning district classifications, from R-2   to C-3 Commercial, for the following described property:

Lot 5 in Block B of Pyle Replat of Block B of the Pyle Addition to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.
