RESOLUTION DEFERRING THE SPECIAL ELECTION ON CITY TAGS

WHEREAS, the Legislature, in a special session will doubtlessly amend the election law on City Tags, and
WHEREAS, a special election on City Tags would be useless, until such time as the Legislature does amend said election law;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the special election on City Tags to have been held December 5, 1967, is hereby deferred until after the special session of the Legislature.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1967.
