BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Jonesboro, Arkansas:
SECTION 1: Title 14 known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, be amended as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission by the changes in zoning classification as follows:
From Commercial C-3 to Residential R-3, the following described property:

A part of Lot 1c of David Conrad’s Replat of Lot 1C And 1R of a Replat of Lot 1 of David Conrad’s Replat of Merryman’s Replat of Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block A of White Plaza and a Replat of the North 120 ft. of Lot 1, Block A of White Plaza more particularly described as follows: From the Southeast Corner of Lot 1c of David Conrad’s Replat of Lot 1c and 1r of a Replat of Lot 1 of David Conrad’s Replat of Merryman’s Replat of Lots 2, 3, and 4 Block a of White Plaza and a Replat of the North 120 ft. of Lot 1, Block A of White Plaza; thence S. 89°00’12” W a distance of 211.58 feet to a point, said point being the point of beginning: thence S 89°07’37” W a distance of 191.36 feet to a point; thence N 00°37’06” W a distance of 118.33 feet to a point; thence N88°59’56” E a distance of 192.42 feet to a point; thence S 00°06’34” E a distance of 118.77 feet to a point; said point being the point of beginning, said tract containing 0.52 acres.
