A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A HEARING ON THE APPROVAL OF A REZONING REQUEST FOR 5415 SOUTHWEST DRIVE, JONESBORO, AR

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (MAPC) denied the approval of the rezoning request for 0.36 acres located at 5415 Southwest Drive
WHEREAS, the appeal of the MAPC decision needs to be set for a hearing before the City Council of Jonesboro, AR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO ARKANSAS THAT:
1. The appeal of the decision of the MAPC regarding Jeremy Moore’s rezoning request for 5415 Southwest Drive will be heard before the City Council on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Center, 300 S Church Street, Jonesboro, AR.
