BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, to appropriate $20,100.00 from Un-appropriated General Fund into Professional Services (Administration), line item #217 for payment of $15,000.00 plaintiff’s attorney fees; $5,000.00 defendant’s attorney fees; $100.00 to defendant.
