RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS APPRECIATION TO BILL SHEPARD FOR HIS SERVICE TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, Bill Shepard has served the City of Jonesboro as alderman for the 6^th ward since January 1, 1977; and

WHEREAS, the City Council desires to spread the following resolution upon the minutes;

RESOLVED, that the City Council recognizes the excellent, energetic and intelligent service that Mr. Shepard has rendered to the City during the years he has served as alderman of the 6^th Ward.

FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution shall spread upon the official minutes and become a lasting tribute to Mr. Shepard for his devotion to duty and that a copy of this resolution be tendered to Mr. Shepard as an expression of the Council’s sincere appreciation and gratitude for the services rendered by him.
