The Jonesboro City Council met in a special called meeting at 7:00 p.m. Present were the Mayor, City Clerk, City Attorney and all the Aldermen.

The purpose of the meeting was to submit a rough draft of the 1993 budget in order to comply with State Law which states the first draft of the financial budget must be submitted to Council by December 1^st.

With no further business the meeting was recessed.
