AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCES NO.619 AND NO.750, SAME BEING ORDINANCES LICENSING POOL ROOMS AND BOWLING ALLEYS AND REQUIRING SAME TO BE ON GROUND FLOOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1: From and after the effective date of this Ordinance No.619, same being an ordinance fixing license for operation of pool rooms, shall be repealed and of no effect.

SECTION 2: From and after the effective of this Ordinance, Ordinance No.750, same being an Ordinance regulating the licensing, display and use of pin-ball machines and bowling alleys, shall be repealed and of no effect.

SECTION 3: Nothing in this Ordinance shall be deemed to repeal or affect in any way whatsoever Ordinance No.721; Ordinance No.721 being and remaining in effect and not having been repealed by Ordinance No.750 or any other ordinance by either specific mention, by implication or as being in conflict with any other such ordinance. The Council hereby re-affirms and approved of said Ordinance No.721 in its entirety, and with the license fees therein set out.
