BE IT RESOLVED  by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro to adopt Amendment No. 3 of the Travelers Companies Insurance Group, No. GR-1625 bringing said policy into compliance with TRA 86, ADEA TAMRA 88, OBRA 86, and IRS Final Rule on Optimal Benefit Forms.
