WHEREAS, this commission has positions expiring, the following individuals are appointed.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

The following appointments/reappointments be made as follows:

CRAIGHEAD COUNTY SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AUTHORITY

Willis Tyler to replace Tom Rainwater for a three year term starting Aug. 1, 2010 and ending Aug. 1, 2013.

Reappoint Wayne Bond to a three year term to expire on July 31, 2013

Reappoint Brett Provost to a three year term to expire on July 31, 2013

Reappoint Joe Harbuck to a three year term to expire on July 31, 2013

Reappoint Garry Tate to a three year term to expire on July 31, 2013

Reappoint Ken Yarbrough to a three year term to expire on July 31, 2013
