BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, that the fees charged and paid for the collection and disposal of garbage is currently $1.25 per month for each single family residence, flat, apartment or housekeeping unit, and

WHEREAS, the City Council finds that an increase in the monthly fees to be charged for the collection and disposal of garbage for each single family residence, flat, apartment or housekeeping unit be increased from $1.25 per month to $1.50 per month effective February 1, 1965.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 1^st day of February, 1965.
