BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas:

SECTION 1.  That effective January 1, 1951, the Office of Secretary to the City Attorney of Jonesboro, Arkansas is abolished and discontinued.

SECTION 2. That Ordinance 797 of the ordinances of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas is hereby repealed effective January 1, 1951.
