RESOLUTION TO INCREASE THE COMMERCIAL RATES AS RECOMMENDED BY THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department has reviewed and assessed the needs of the Sanitation Department and has concluded that an increase in commercial rates is warranted.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, as recommended by the Sanitation Department that the following commercial rate increases become effective April 1^st, 2006.
