RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS ACCEPTING A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:

1.  SARA HITT, BOBBY HITT, AND CLAUDE SMITH, 5002 SOUTHWEST DRIVE, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS.  (PARCEL NO. 1).

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1.                     The temporary right of way easements are listed above and are hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro as a dedicated easement.

SECTION 2.  The originals of the dedicated right of way easements are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6^th of December, 2005.
