RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREET COMMITTEE’S INSPECTION OF KAYS STREET

WHEREAS, the Street Committee has inspected Kays Street between Johnson and Aggie Road and recommends to the City Council that the said street has met with the requirements;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby accept the recommendation of the Street Committee.

PASSED and ADOPTED this 16^th day of June, 1958.
