Members present: Cecil Province, Ann Williams, and Judy Furr.
Others present were: Aubrey Scott, Mayor’s Assistant, Jim McKinnon Grant Coordinator, Ms. Susan Clifford, Parks and Tourism, Donna Jackson, City Clerk; Jason Wilkie, Parks Director; and Keith Inman, Jonesboro Sun;
MINUTES
Councilman Province moved, seconded by Councilwoman Furr for the approval of the March 8th, 2004 committee minutes as provided. Copies were made available to all in attendance. All voted aye.
CHANGE ORDER - PARKER PARK
Councilman Province moved, seconded by Councilwoman Furr for a change order (option 2) for the Parker Park Storage Addition, contingent on Jim McKinnon making sure the conduit and feeders (electrical cables on the inside) are included in the change order. All voted aye.
ALLEN PARK SKATEPARK
Mr. Wilkie provided a proposed resolution authorizing a contract and accepting the bid of Construction Network, Inc. owned by George Stem who has contracted with Grindline to do the work. Councilman Province moved, seconded by Councilwoman Furr to refer the resolution to the full council for their consideration. All voted aye.
