BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

SECTION 1:                     The temporary drainage easements are listed above and hereby accepted by the City of Jonesboro as a dedicated drainage easement.

SECTION 2.                       The originals of the dedicated drainage easements are on file and available for public review and examination in the Office of the City Clerk.
