RESOLUTION TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF RON KELTON ON THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS

WHEREAS, Ron Kelton was appointed to the Board of Zoning Adjustments on May 7, 2013, to a three-year term; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Kelton has offered his resignation from the BZA; and

WHEREAS, Mayor Perrin has recommended Jerry Reece to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Kelton.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:

SECTION 1: Jerry Reece is appointed to fill the unexpired term of Ron Kelton on the Board of Zoning Adjustments with an expiration date of May 7, 2016.
