RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO PURCHASE GRAVE SPACES TO RESALE

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that the Mayor of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, is authorized to purchase grave spaces, for the City of Jonesboro in any of the cemeteries owned by the City of Jonesboro for the purpose of resale. The purchase price of the grave spaces shall be Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each single space and One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) a space for multiples of two (2) or more spaces. The funds to purchase the spaces shall come from the Perpetual Care Cemetery Fund.
