Cobar Construction entered into a contract with the City for the Industrial Park Utility Improvements project for Jobs 1 & 3 and was signed on December 3, 2012. The contract amount will come from a combination of EDA, City of Jonesboro and City Water & Light funds. The work should be completed within 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The resolution number is RES-12:193 and was approved by Council on November 20, 2012.
