Body

WHEREAS, Doyle Brown and Margaret Brown have transferred (by gift deed) property to the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas.  The property more particularly described as follows:

A part of the West ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 23, Township 14 North, Range 3 East, Craighead County, Arkansas.  Also known as 1614 Strawfloor Drive.

WHEREAS, there is a need to cross the described property to service radio towers; Doyle Brown and Margaret Brown request Ingress/Egress privileges.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:

Section 1: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the documents necessary to complete this transaction.
